For hair, spray once or twice at most from a distance of 50 cm. A fine mist is enough; avoid over-application. For the body, spray lightly over the desired areas and adjust the amount as needed.
For external use. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately and thoroughly. Follow the directions on the packaging.
